Amy Ashton

Amy Ashton is a writer and producer. After graduating from Film school, she began working in London-based art departments. She combined her love of food and film, joining Tasty, BuzzFeed as a recipe video producer. Her videos exceeded 100 million views during her three year tenure.

She hung up her apron and moved to the Welsh countryside where she now lives with her husband-to-be and their baby daughter.

She is currently writing her debut novel and is both excessively tired and thoroughly inspired in her matrescence.

On any given day you will find her cooking an over-elaborate meal for her family, writing late into the night, or swimming in cold water to feel most alive.
