Zoe-Lyn Kirlew

Zoe-Lyn Kirlew is a Jamaican-born British writer of stories that cross both cultures, and a writer of subjects that affect women. She holds a BA in Psychosocial studies from UEL where she won the dissertation prize in her final year. She also qualified and has over 14 years’ experience as a psychiatric nurse which informs the biopsychosocial basis of her characters. She is an alumna of the Jericho Writers Ultimate Novel Writing Course.

As a child she wrote stories and tried to sell them to her mother for 20p, with some success.
